They will not be available to buy in retail stores or on other online stockists like Amazon until mid November.

I got the Australian Blu-ray today from my local sanity store, it came only with one disc, with the raw show before hand not SmackDown!
Just to add – Australia might be getting the 2 Disc Blu-ray also, but not sure on the Steel Book.
